Where is Jaivana Cannon :- 

located at the fort of Jaigarh in Jaipur, is considered to be the largest cannon in the world. Construction Period: 1720 AD, Firepower: 22 mi.....

Features of Jaivana Cannon -

The barrel of the cannon is 6.15 meters (20.2 ft) in length and weighs 50 tons. The circumference near the tip of the barrel is 2.2 m (7.2 ft) and the rear is 2.8 m (9.2 ft). The bore diameter of the barrel is 28 cm (11 in) and the thickness of the barrel at the ends is 21.6 cm (8.5 in). Jaivana is located on a two-wheeler. The wheels are 1.37 m (4.5 ft) in diameter. The car is equipped with two removable spare wheels for transport. The removable wheels are 2.74 meters (9.0 ft) in diameter.

Firing capacity and Jaivana Cannon range -

Firing capacity:-50 kg (110 lb) shells were fired from about 100 kg (220 lb) gunpowder.

Other feature:-The barrel has a floral motif and a pair of peacocks in the centre. A pair of ducks appears on the back of the barrel. Jaivana is placed on a two-wheeler. The wheels are 1.37 m (4.5 ft) in diameter. The car is equipped with two removable spare wheels for transport. The removable wheels are 2.74 meters (9.0 ft) in diameter.

Power of Jaivana:- 

This giant Cannon was never used in war. It is believed that the Jaivana cannon was test-fired only once by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1720 with a charge of almost 100 kg gunpowder. 
When the Jaivana cannon was first driven for test-firing, a pond was formed by falling into a town called Chaksu, about 35 km from Jaipur.
